Looking back at my previous Streamyx troubleshooting, i think it’s better if i compiled them into a post where users can easily go through each post because i myself have trouble reading my own post :P.
Before you do call the tmnet 100 number for technical support, try to do these things first.

Now as the title goes, you cant connect to Streamyx but your DSL light on the modem is stable. Be sure first of all try to use manual login , just to see what is the error message.
