Reset Password
In the event that you forgot your password, you can call and ask them to reset your password. The procedure is quite simple, they will ask the account holder details for verification purposes. In case you are not the account holder, try to prepare this details beforehand.
- Full name (personal account) or Full company name (business account)
- I/C number (personal account) or Company registration number (business account)
- Full registered address
For personal account, reconfirm which needs to be reseted, internet account or email account. For business account, you will need to fax in your company letterhead together with your user/login name and indicate whether internet account or email account that needs to be reseted or both. Then they will inform you the new password. Normally you have to wait 15-30 minutes after you have made the report to try the new password. After you have login with the new password, you can change the password by logging in to your account at
