Monetize Your Site
I’m sure lot of you, blog or maintains a website just to make money (like i am too). The most common advertisement that came to mind is google adsense. But google adsense isn’t the only moneymaker on the net. Here’s a couple of others that i want to share with you, incase you never heard of them.
Adbrite
This is like google adsense, but there’s a few other options on the advertisement setting, such as you can redirect certain link to show their ads before going to the the right page. It’s like the usercash redirect.
Pay per post
the advertiser will pay you a certain amount if you post a review on their product. after you signed up to them, you have to meet certain criteria and they will review your site for approval before letting you to post the reviews. minimum time for the post is 1 month.
Matched.co.uk
they will give you advertisements to be put up in your site, matching to your website. Maximum pages you can display their ads is 5 , which for every 1 of the ads , you will be paid $3 every month. Maximum website that you can apply is 5 site.
if your site is adult orientated, then this company will suite you since other programs does allow you to put up their ads on these xxx sites. it is the same company as adbrite
Affiliates programs
you become one of their affiliate and advertise programs that you chose. These are called CPA programs, which CPA stands for click per action. With it , depending on the affiliate program, you can get paid when someone signs up or bought the product. Theres a lot of site to mention, so i will just mention the more famous ones (that i know :P) , commission junction, clickbank, MaxBounty, neverblue ads, Yahoo Affiliate Networks and much much more. Just try any of them and if it suits you, stick with them. Those that i mention are the consolidated networks type, which means when you register with them, you are then presented with a lot affiliate company to choose from, simply select, get the link/banner codes and paste into your site.
