This is my personal list of Bittorent website that i usually go.

Mininova.org

• one of the famous sites
• good for finding new torrent
• they have good admins which regularly check for spam, trojans and fake torrents.
• doesn’t need to register except for some torrents uploaded to private trackers, but mostly on public trackers

Jiwang torrent

• One of the local malaysian torrent site
• have good source of local media
• requires registration and registered email (can’t use yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc)
• downside is, it’s very hard to maintain ratio above 1.0, because after you download, not many people are downloading from from you. I myself kept getting banned and need to register again using other emails.

Dattebayo

• Site for naruto, bleach and a few other anime
• Only for anime lovers
• no registration required

EZTV

• The best site for getting new torrent of TV series, fast update on new shows
• Very excellent quality with size from 350mb to 1GB videos
• Some series on the site like Heroes, Supernatural, Reapers, Lost, Chuck and a few hundred more
• No registration required

Avistaz

• A good site for asian torrents
• Normally have Chinese, Korean and Japan movies, a lot of them with subtitles in English
• Requires registration and maintain ratio (but not so hard to achieve)

Klaxxon

• A good uploader of quality movies, all of them in DVD quality
• No registration required

ISOhunt

• This is torrent search engine

Piratebay

• Another good torrent site like mininova.

VCDquality

• A good place to check new uploads of new movies
• You can check what type of the new movies uploaded by format and quality from cam (cinema copy) up to DVD quality

Subtitlesource

• Find subtiltle that you need
• Downside is, it doesn’t have a complete listing of subtitle that you want sometimes.

Some important tips

1. Check the comments of the torrent before you download, check for fake torrent, password required to open the files, Trojans/malware and even the quality of the file.
2. After you downloaded, run a scan for viruses and trojan, just to be sure and safe. Up until now, i haven’t got infected with any serious virus/trojans by just following this 2 tips.
